Ministry of Transportation (MTO) authorized Safety Standards Certificate (SSC) vehicle inspections, safety pass audits, and out-of-province certifications at 265 Centennial Pkwy N Unit 3, Hamilton.
In Ontario, a Safety Standards Certificate (SSC) is legally required whenever you register a rebuilt motor vehicle, transfer ownership of a used vehicle privately, or register an out-of-province vehicle in Ontario.

We inspect all structural, mechanical, and safety components to ensure your vehicle is roadworthy.
Brake pad thickness, rotor runout, drum condition, ABS performance, and hydraulic brake line corrosion testing.
Ball joints, tie rods, control arms, sway bars, wheel bearings, and shock/strut leak checks.
Headlamp alignment, signal lamps, horn, wiper motor, defroster, and windshield crack/chip inspection.
Floor pans, structural subframe rust, seatbelt latches, catalytic converter mounting, and exhaust leaks.

Brake pads below legal minimum thickness or heavily rusted, pitted rotor surfaces.
🔩 Loose Ball Joints & Tie Rods
Excessive play in steering linkages or torn rubber suspension boots.
🛞 Worn Tires / Uneven Tread
Tread depth below 2mm (or 2/32"), cord exposure, sidewall cracks, or dry rot.
💨 Exhaust Manifold / Pipe Leaks
Exhaust fumes leaking before the tailpipe or broken exhaust hanger brackets.
Licensed technician conducts full MTO-mandated checklist on vehicle hoist.
Immediate digital summary; if repairs are needed, a clear written quote is provided.
Upon passing, official Ontario SSC certificate is issued (valid for 36 days).
An Ontario Safety Standards Certificate (SSC) is valid for exactly 36 calendar days from the date of issue. The vehicle ownership transfer at ServiceOntario must occur within this 36-day window.
If your vehicle fails, you have 10 calendar days to complete the required repairs and return to our shop for a free re-inspection of the failed components.
